Fresh chestnut mushrooms, grown right here in Ontario and harvested the same day they reach you! Cultivated without chemicals or pesticides, in filtered air with RO water, on our family farm in Oro-Medonte.

Their taste is often compared to a mild shiitake, making them a versatile addition to various dishes.
