Our lion's mane is cultivated without chemicals or pesticides, in filtered air with RO water, on our family farm in Oro-Medonte. We grow year-round so you always have access to a consistent, reliable supply of one of Ontario's most sought-after specialty mushrooms.
Lion's mane is being studied for its potential health benefits including cognitive support, immune function, and gut health. It's also incredibly versatile in the kitchen: sauté it, grill it into a steak, or add it to soups and stews. The flavour is mild and slightly sweet with a satisfying, meaty texture that makes it a favourite for both mushroom lovers and curious first-timers.
