White Pine & Rosemary Salt
This aromatic herbal spice mix was developed to create and honour the most iconic tree of the Muskoka region, White Pine (Pinus strobus). Pine needles are very rich in Vitamin C, and also have a scent and flavour similar to citrus. As a spice, White Pine pairs well with Rosemary as cooking really brings out their flavour. This spice mix is wonderful to sprinkle on potatoes, root vegetables, or chicken before roasting.

White Pine & Rosemary Salt comes in a 2 oz glass spice jar. Kept in a cool, dry place it will keep for a year.
